SocialConductor collects information you provide when connecting your TikTok account, including your TikTok user ID, display name, and profile information. We also collect usage data including video metadata, comment interactions, and campaign performance metrics via the TikTok API.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide AI-generated reply suggestions, schedule and publish content on your behalf, analyze campaign performance, generate insights and recommendations, and maintain your account and billing records.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases. OAuth access tokens are stored with AES encryption. We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via account settings or by visiting /data_deletion.

4. TikTok API Data

Data accessed through the TikTok API is governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not sell or share your TikTok data with third parties except as required to provide our services (e.g., Google Vertex AI for generating AI responses).

5. Third-Party Services

We use: Google Vertex AI (Gemini) for AI content generation, PayPal for payment processing, and your SMTP provider for email notifications.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; opt out of non-essential communications; and revoke TikTok API access at any time through TikTok's account settings.
